123 bingo and all of its many sister sites that share the same bingo rooms and chat, has been very disappointing since theire new and improved software change! The change was supposed to improve the speed of the software from lagging, freezing,etc.. But omg it has gotten worse..the games seem to be freezing constantly, players get booted out all the time, chat is slow... And there have been times where I’d buy cards for a bingo game and then the game would freeze and say error. Or prebuys won’t play at times.. Going to the sites live help, now that can be a headache all together.. Some of their agents are inexperienced, can’t answer a simple question without transfering to the next agent who may be able to help you.
Don’t even try getting your money back from a faulty game, the site is so cheap!!!
The constant ch changes .. It makes one wonder who’s coming and going. The site needs to improve its software, notify players of sudden changes and stops being cheap and refund players of games that don’t play and train their live help agents so theyd be able to answer all queries.
Paying into the site will leave you with headache and . I’ll wait until its improved to enjoy my moneys worth of enterainment. I’ts not bad site to play, but needs to change. It’s been 2 months of the change andIi see no difference . Gl.
