Seen a lot of improvement!!

The team at Amigo seem to have taken note of the poor reviews they were receiving. The CH's are much more supportive. There is live help now and the help tickets are answered very promptly during their normal chat hours (till approx 2am). They have some awesome promos, and the 500% deposit bonus, as long as you haven't cashed out a large amount recently. Some of their cashout rules seem a bit archaic, but as they are improving other areas, will hope that those improve as well.
