I have played here for some time and I love it. It is my site of choice. I find it rather disheartening that reviewers can slate a site and not even add your name. The assistant manager has rules to follow and Im sure if she has gone off the rule book she would be pulled for it. I am not in the clique as you so call it and she has assisted me and been polite and helpful at all the times I have needed to call on her. You say they have removed bonuses. Yes maybe but all said and done it is a business after all. All the CH's at this site in my opinion have great personalities and each one excels. Its the reason Im staying and happy playing.

I agree too
I agree with all the last few reviews. I havent had a loyalty bonus for probably almost a year now. I am tired of seeing the same winners most of the time and if they dont win for a few games they moan, even the same winners for the chat games. This site was great because it was different from others but not now. They have even followed other sites in taking any bonuses away if you withdraw, thats if you lucky enough to win.

Agreed
I have to agree with other reviews. The deputy chat manager does not play by the rules and makes up as she goes along. She has favorite players and if you are not in there clique then dont bother trying. CMs are getting worse there are only two left from the original CMs, and thats the only time I go in. Betfred are going down hill rapidly.

stay clear if easily offended
The site is poorly run. A certain CH was very rude and offensive and only included certain people in the chat, wasnt very welcoming. Seemed to be the same winners for the hour I was there, very poor.
