I would tell you to stay away, as a player i am frustrated more than happy. You can play 8 hours a day and never wait nor win, however there are the same ole winners all the time and they have no problems at all. Your funds are stretched thin, disappear rapidly and unless you are there to pass the time and do not expect to win a lot you will be just fine. Be weary of maxing cards I do not think it matters. Just expect to play for hours and get nothing.

I have only played on BigTimeBingo for about 2 months. The first few weeks I loved it. Won quite often. Then Started losing, losing, losing. Started writing down how many times the same unknown players started winning the big pots. It is unreal how many games in a row some would win. Like 10 games in a row. The money amounts they would win would be $000's. When you call or chat with support they were not very customer friendly. Treat u like you were out to cheat them in some way. Their usual answer to most everything was "I am sorry there is nothing we can do about that". There is a bunch of regular players in chat that win most special chat games. Most of the CM's are alright. A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT FIRST. THEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Since I am a newbie to this online bingo world may just not play at another site.

The withdrawal time

BIGTIMEBINGO was my favaroite online bingo site. Their pay-outs went very quick, which is nice for the player and a good review for the site. Now all suddenly changed. I'm busy over 2 weeks now to get my money and everytime I get lies, like the money is with you asap. Lies, all lies - never waited this long here. I feel ripped!! I don't recommend BigTime Bingo as a good site anymore. Don't go there!!

Great site for new players

The site is easy to play. The CMs are very friendly, the payouts are timely. New players usually win big the first month or so. Watch out - that's the bait. After that you can expect the same players to win the progressive jackpots and promotions. I have played at this site for over five years and just recently (in the last year) I believe there are house players. I still like the site and will continue to play there.
