I have only played on BigTimeBingo for about 2 months. The first few weeks I loved it. Won quite often. Then Started losing, losing, losing. Started writing down how many times the same unknown players started winning the big pots. It is unreal how many games in a row some would win. Like 10 games in a row. The money amounts they would win would be $000's. When you call or chat with support they were not very customer friendly. Treat u like you were out to cheat them in some way. Their usual answer to most everything was "I am sorry there is nothing we can do about that". There is a bunch of regular players in chat that win most special chat games. Most of the CM's are alright. A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT FIRST. THEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Since I am a newbie to this online bingo world may just not play at another site.
