Why Where When And How You Decide ????

Hi everyone. First time I have ever written anything bad about a bingo site and I have been on many of them over the years.
I won at Bingobeez which most people would be over the moon by, which i was until I had to go through 29 days of doing live chat and not being replied to via email after being told on many occasions I must do this to get the answer I needed.

I withdrew my winnings via money order which got lost. I got told the was sent recorded delivery, but no one knew the tracking information which I find very poor considering I put my money in to try and win, but when I do they are all sorts of things you have to chase up everyday to get an answer.

After 29 days I spoke to someone who told me that there was a money order sent out via dhl on the 29th day after I withdrew so now I have the tracking infoirmation so fingers crossed I get it.

So if you plan to use this site and want the money in a reasonable time please try another site as they reel you in by there neat offers, but contacting them and getting to the bottom of things is very hard as they don't have a phone number or anything they give out. Just by luck I got a nice man on live chat who did get to the bottom of things and gave me what I needed.
