BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT>>NO PAYOUTS

ive been with flash for bout 2 years ,and i have had a few payouts..BUT...customer service is there downfall..they have live help but its never any help..and if u email them day in day out..u still wont get a reply..for last 6 or 7 months since new parlay graphics and changes..its been a horible experience. all us regulars are being put on back burner,and none of us are getting our payouts.at flash and its sis sites..all the same..im at this precent time waiting on 3 payouts and have been waiting for 2 months now..thats the longest ever,us regulars are starting to think the sites bout to close down on us.nothing we do seems to work with them..lh lies to us says same thing every day wait 3 more days lol.

What a joke

I have made 2 deposits with BingoFlash. I tried to cash out and was handed the run-around. When it did not go through they put the money back into my account, but still took all the bonuses. Twice this happened. They want your life history and cc info to send you a check; sounds awful fishy to me. I will not put another dime in that place unil they have released my bonus and or money back into account.

OMG

I had a play on my trail bonus and was suprised by the amount off unhappy players, and it looked to be regulars. They were complaining about house players playing and how long you have to wait for withdrawls, aswell as how you get spoken to in live help. They never played chat games and for 1bb not worth the deposit.

Don't waste your time and money

I played on their free trial and won a couple of games, so I decided to make a small deposit. After I did this, they locked my account, so I contacted live help at which time they requested that I fax in some documentation, which I did. After several (7) live help sessions and an e-mail to support, I was never able to log into the site again; and had to forfeit all of the money that was in my account and close the account altogether.

The chat hosts are OK, but like the review above, they don't play enough chat games, or give enough bonus bucks to make it fun. Don't waste your time.

Since joining Bingo Flash Ive had lots of really cool wins and met lots of great people!! The live help is good, they helped me alot when I had few problems. I think the chat rooms really need improveing though, no one wants to play in chat and the CM's dont talk :-(

Apart from chat hosts not chatting the site is COOL and WILL keep playing here!!!
