I've been playing at bingo hall off and on for the last 5-6 yrs. I thought I'd peep in and see what's happening and low and behold there was 30 bonus bucks in my account, I thought cool I'll play for abit, as it turned out I won 750.00 on the first game and when i asked them if I could withdraw? First they said I couldn't withdraw off bonus bucks and the next thing they said I had to play 99x the bonus money before I could withdraw. Needless to say I lost it all. So now i just stick to the 2 sites I truly trust. The best part is they are calling you all the time and wanting you to deposit and play...WHY? I didn't ask for the bonus it was just there!! Would not recommend this site unless you just wanted to play for fun.

Good Luck getting a payout
Player for 8 years at Bingo Hall. They seem to make the rules up as they go. They will say and do anything to avoid a payout. Refuse to let you speak with the accounting department. Give wrong information and do nothing to correct it.

taking players winnings and put back in the casino
They give you a sign up bonus, but you win off of the bonus you can't cash it out, so my opinion is that they give the bonuses out so they have people to play that when they win they can't cash out. Then the players that can cash out winnings have less of a chance of winning because they are playing against all of the players with bonuses, so actually the players with bonuses are taking away from the real money players.

THEY ROPED ME IN
I thought I found a good site in BingoHall, but was I ever wrong. I deposited thousands and thousands over a short period and when I finally won something half decent, every excuse was made so that I could not get my payout. They used every excuse every week to deny my payout. I will never deposit here again, I was a VIP11 status and they called me all the time to deposit and gave me great bonuses on my deposit, but if you win on their site, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY!!!!!

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
After playing at this site for about 2 years and depositing thousands of dollars , I went to sign in and they had disabled my account. Its a good thing that I didnt want to cash out, they didnt even call me or e-mail me and say why. They sure can call you when they are begging for you to deposit. Also its the same winners all the time and doesn't matter what room you play in, as a V I P player you would think you would be thanked in a better way.
