Very hard to win here. The deposit bonuses are very good, but chat games, when they are on, aren't worth playing. One BB for one person IF they can get it. Slots are set hard, keno impossible. With only 6-8 people playing, you'd think you could win a game every few hours, but it's very difficult.

Think You Won Some Money but Fat Chance U Get It
The software is just the same as any so that part is fine. No download required and it seems like other parlay bingo games. However, the site is like a creepy, almost vacant hotel for those who got lost on their way to a real bingo site and if you were dumb enough to deposit like me then you will find that, even after every requirement is met, they will try and come up with some other excuse not to pay you.
And funding got even harder now. An option was literally there one day and gone the next, making me feel like someone just stole my wallet. All in all, a BIG thumbs down and I am only hoping they make things ok by actually paying up.
Games are advertised as low as five cents but I have yet to see any room that has nickel games. The lowest being quarters and an occasional high roller room that doesn't even seem to follow any particular schedule.
The bright side of the site is that the CMs are friendly when they are actually there but there is hardly anyone around to chat with most of the time, which may be due to all the people that got turned off to this site because of the bad customer support and inability to easily cashout your wins.
The long-time player above speaks the truth about the support. The chat window I am trying to get assistance in right now only says 'All operators are currently assisting others, thank you for your patience' etc. I didn't even know you could be on hold in live chat but I have this message pasted over and over in my window... and no LIVE CHAT. At times this is just a message window where you type in an email and it disappears in some mystery abyss. And help tickets can actually go days without being unanswered. Really lost my faith when the site was down on cashout processing day. BUYER BEWARE.

The worst Bingo on the net
This site used to be the best. Now it has new owners, never a chat host, very boring and if you win you are lucky to get your money. Also, they do have a host just sitting there saying nothing. No chat games, no BBs. There has been, I think, six players in the last three months. I will never deposit there again. I was a very loyal player, now it's just very dissapointing.
