At Bingo Palace the jackpots are paid very very poorly. No one ever wins the jackpots. The consolation prizes are awful. The same people always win.

After playing on this site for several years I noticed the same winners over and over ! New players alway when the big jackpots and never seen again ! I think this site has paid players.

I have been playing online for a few years now. During this time I have tried quite a few different sites and Bingo Palace is by far the friendliest and fairest site out there. As far as cash outs go, never a problem.

Disappointed at Bingo Palace

I liked Bingo Palace and the players but the support staff is not up to par. There are glitches in the games that they have not addressed and support is not helpful.

Beware you sometimes win but are not credited.
