Their play-through makes it very difficult to actually cash out. Unless you're one of the small handful of players who win repeatedly, you'll probably not ever see a withdraw.
Winning is pretty rare. I alternate with playing about $3.00 to $4.50 each game and, after about 10 deposits, I won a $20 and a $50 pot. And that was playing both rooms simultaneously. So excitement factor is quite low.
In addtion, although there are some great CMs there, some ignore players' questions, or have little knowledge of their own site. Chat game BBs are not that easy to win either.
There is a glitch in their card system too, although they will not admit it (even though I'm not the only player to state it). Your cards will change mid-game. Twice I went from 1tg to no color in the same game. I finally chose to close my account due to this and support basically called me a liar for bringing it politely to their attention.
