Not happy

I joined the site after I got an email. Signed up deposited 20 quid. Then, all downhill. The CM in the room didn't even acknowledge me. Roomies ignored my 'hello all, gl'. Then, when I won 20 quid, lo and behold i was paid in BBs. So I contacted suport. They said I got to wager 120 quid before withdrawing any wins.
