Did not honour free $25 Sbz promo

I went to Koalabingo as my husband and I received an invitation to join and send in our tickets to receive the $25 sbz promo. My husband received his but I was denied for no good reason at all. CS Salty said somethign to do with ip address, and I had never received the sbs but she said that my ip address had already andI spoke to a few players and they had told me that 2 accounts were allowed, which in turn i reposted my request and still was denied. Very disappointed with this site. CS Salty made me feel like I was doing something underhanded which I would never do.
