Using bingo bonus funds and winning
I joined Ruby bingo yesterday and received 2 bonuses. Great you would think... Firstly £16 without depositing. Then £60 when I deposited £20. Even better. We then used the bonus bingo money to play bingo, after spending the £20 deposited and the £16. I won £197 which was deposited into the bingo bonus. When I queried this I found that the £197 would not go into my balance until I had wagered/bet £377 of my own money. I think this is unacceptable and the small print should be read very carefully in language that the public can understand. Be warned. In reality any money won when using the Bingo Bonus money remains on the site. I for one, cannot afford to spend nearly £400 just to receive £197, I am sure I am not the only one.

best to worst in one short month
Loved ruby bingo last month, hate it this month. Why such a change. The site got greedy and networks merged. Do they really think biggest is the best, they are very deluded if they do. Upped the prices, slashed deposit bonus' slashed chat game bonus then decide if you withdraw you lose all your bonus.
The sad thing about this merger is, they have some excellent CMs. They had some good cgs, now have some crummy ones but on the whole the cgs were good. But sheer greed got the better of them. Most players were happy to keep playing their winnings through rarely withdrawing, but to take part in chat games you have to deposit every 7-14 days, keep in mind that if you win you cannot withdraw because you would lose all your bonus, so not hard to see why a community of bingo players feels the site is take take take. There is lots more sites out there, give this one a miss.

Nice People
I bought in for the first time on Saturday, played for a few hours didn't win any money but they tried to make you feel welcome and included you in on the games.
