Canadas Best Bingo User Review

Customer service lacking/winning is less than average

I have played at Canadas Best Bingo since it opened. Initially it was great and winnings were easy......but over time I started to see the same multiple winners over and over.
Their slots games were okay but they removed Trolling for Treasure. They didnt mention it was "being worked on" when I made a deposit once just to play that game. I have asked for a while when if its coming back and they say yes but its been months now.
ON my last deposit I was confused by what their home page said. The top banner said 200% on every deposit, nothing else, farther down it said 200% on every deposit over $50........so I asked live help to clarify if it was for all deposits or not...and they told me it was on every deposit. I made a $20 deposit and only received the regular 50%. I sent emails and tickets and talked to the CM, and even the Hall Manager Wilson, to say I had been told specifically it was 200%. Well the reponse was that live help was someone at their sister site......who told me wrong information. I had NO IDEA it was someone from their sister site in live. The operator should have told me they weren't from Canada's Best Bingo.How ridiculous is that? After alot of time asking them to honor the wrong information that I was told, they would not do it. That is poor customer service when the error was on their side.......and still? the home page remains unchanged...........
