Don't trust live help

Don't believe live help. I was told I won a tournament by live help and found out I didn't and no one would answer why this happened. I asked live and sent in e-mails and trouble ticket. Also, you have to beg for the BBs that you win. However the chat hosts and roomies are the very best.
