Games Don't Play

Well, I have been playing on this site a few months now and it has been nothing but hassle. The chat never works, so you miss out on chat games. Half of the games don't play, so you dont see them and I have just found out that half the games you pay for don't play at all. So all in all I have lost lots of money on this site. There is a lot of unhappy players new and old, their help room need help themselves as they can never help you, just tell you to contact management, support email never replies, they never answer phone calls. All in all I am very disapointed as this was once a good site I have been told, but not any more.

At one time i would have said this was the best on the net, unfortunately since they changed software it been a nightmare to play on! Games don't play even though the money comes off your balance for them! Management tell you to mail for a refund and then don't answer!
