KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
After playing at this site for about 2 years and depositing thousands of dollars , I went to sign in and they had disabled my account. Its a good thing that I didnt want to cash out, they didnt even call me or e-mail me and say why. They sure can call you when they are begging for you to deposit. Also its the same winners all the time and doesn't matter what room you play in, as a V I P player you would think you would be thanked in a better way.

Great Customer Service
Bingo Hall has great customer service people. Their accounting department is fast and very kind. I have only played bingo a little at this site so far and the roomies and CMs seem very nice.

Unbelievable Customer Service
This site has the worst Customer Service I have ever had to deal with. I signed up, made several deposits. Then I signed up at another site, not knowing that the two were affiliated. Someone called me at home and told me all my accounts had been disabled and that I was stealing money from them lmao....after depositing about 400.00. I stole 5.00 by signing up at their sister site. The most rudest person I've ever tried to talk to. Finally I just said, "whatever, there are too many sites out there to sweat over Bingo Hall". Although I really enjoyed playing there this totally blew me away. My advice: STAY AWAY or make sure you don't sign up at any other sites unless you know they aren't one and the same.
Looking through these reviews I am seeing many sites that have different names but are one and the same. Do they do this just so they can deny people their withdrawals when they go to cash out? Claiming they have multiple accounts?
Depositors please beware.

Great fun, forever for payouts
I have won at this site and really enjoy it. However, their cashouts are only done on Mondays. So if you win on Monday you have to wait a week to get your money sent back to you. Must be a better way!
