Virgin Bingo User Review

Presents well but a few hidden problems

On first impressions the Virgin Bingo site was great. A 100% match bonus enticed me to sign up! The sign up procedure was quick and easy and once in the site there are three bingo rooms to choose from.

The room I spent most time in had changing games with the timetable all day - a factor that I really liked. There was games to play for their giant jackpot, for the snowball jackpot, there were bogof games, one calling spinning pots where you could win anything from £50-£5000 depending on what it stopped on when you called bingo! So far, so good.

On entering the chatroom it was a bit hard to keep track as everyone is typing in plain black and some type in caps, some in lower case so it can get a bit confusing especially when it is very busy.

I had a couple of questions and a good part of the site is that live help are there to speak to. Now comes my couple of bad points about the site. They have a pretty high wagering requirement before you can withdraw - 10x any bonuses you have received. So if like me you sign up with £10 and then on your 2nd deposit you get a 50% deposit this means I had a total of £15 bonus. This means a staggering £160 of wagering before any withdrawals can be made. The other downfall with this site is you do not have any option so set an individual deposit limit on your account. Everyone receives the same £1000 per day limit - not so sensible if you ask me Virgin!

Overall this is a great site for it's choice of bingo games and with a few small adjustments to the financial side it could be getting 5 stars from me!
