Hardest site to win that I have used

I had four deposits without one game win, although I did max many times. Worst site I have seen for same winners, even though max is same amount. I don't understand this at all.
Players are so rude and verbally abusive to each other that I sent support comment regarding this. I finished my account out of chat.
Chat host rarely greets when site entered.
I did like the games and payouts, although I wasn't able to seek.
Do not recomend this site. Sorry.
