Fun but frustrating

This is a very friendly site and easy to use but lacks interaction, as everything is auto and I personally enjoy marking my own tickets. They have a help line, which isn't very helpful, as you get a lot of contradictions from the operators. Withdrawing funds, if you're lucky enough to have winnings, is only applicable twice weekly and it has taken me 10 days to get a promise from them that they will process the application and I have been told it will take another 4-5 days for it to reach my account. I have enjoyed playing on the site but have not enjoyed all the waiting to get my winnings. On the whole, the CMs make playing on the site a lot of fun but I feel they really do need to address the withdrawal problems.
