Frustrating!!!

I joined this site about a month ago for variety after trying many, many others. The only thing good about it is the prizemoney. Everything else is the most archaic I've ever seen. I have a satellite hook up and I am constantly timing out there, I have NEVER been able to see an activity report. Live Help is useless. 5 emails to support manager have gone unanswered. Prepaid cards don't show up so I hardly ever get to see my games play. Yes, I have won a couple of games, but the games don't auto-sort and are expensive. I don't know what the site was like before, but if this is upgraded software...it's the worst and slowest I've ever seen!!! I play bingo to relax, but I can't do it at Cyberbingo...it's the pits and not worth the stress.
