Site Has Many Problems
I have been with site for nearly 3 years now and when I tried to cash out in may I was told that I am taking advantage of the bonus and promo system. I am still waiting on an answer to how I am doing this and it has been over a month now. I do believe I will be leaving this site and find a better one that has better support as the support at bingo room is very poor. When you ask support for information they refer you to the rules or give such a generic answer that doesn't even apply to the question you asked. The cm's and roomies are great but I think there are some major problems there that bingo room needs to get straightened out or they will not have many players left. Sorry this is anonymous but not risking them saying I can't have my money just because I wrote a bad review of the site.

Good CMs/roomies but worst support/payout service
No live help. You'll be lucky enough to receive a vague written reply if you have any query, as they will just point you out to read the rules instead of giving clarification to matters that are still unclear to you. Likewise, payout schedule is not guaranteed. They don't have target time of fulfilling the payments. Minimum of 1-2 days processing, but it could take weeks to get it finalized. Often times, only to be told after such wait: "Sorry you didn't wager enough...your cashout request has been declined." I sometimes feel sorry for Carrie, the promotions manager, who works so hard to give better promo games/tourneys, but is still losing her regular players because of this bad support group. I, for one, don't play if I still have pending payout. How can I afford to deposit more & be able to play if they're holding my money? I'm just waiting for my last payout last month and will close my account with them. Well, they're just about to lose another five of their platinum players (me, family & relatives), all high-depositors. Isn't it too stressful waiting for your money? There's no point of winning if you can't get your wins. BTW, had to be anonymous with this review, as they might hold my payout longer.
