Cashout issues

Just a warning if you do manage to be able to cashout...if you've touched any sidegames (even one quick spin) you will need to wager a certain amount before being able to cashout. I mean wager on side games, bingo doesn't count!! It took me three weeks to finally get my cashout...reason it took that long was it took them one week to reject my cashout, another week to reply to my query of why it was rejected, then another week after meeting the slotting wagering requirement. I didn't actually win my cashout money via the slots, it WAS won through BINGO..but those are the fine print rules.
One a few seperate occasions the slots froze on bonus rounds, which I didn't get to play and MISSED out on the prize for!! I'm far from impressed with this site. The CMs are good and bonus bucks easy to win and plentiful. However it takes a little more than that to make a site worth going back to. Good luck if you play there though.
