rarely win, fixed?

Vics was the first site I have ever played, and I'm fairly new to online bingo. At first, I would win pretty regularly, nothing big, but enough to keep playing. Then I stopped winning completely, especially after my 3rd deposit which makes me eligible for withdrawls. Then I noticed same people winning over and over again, especially pjp. Now its all new players winning, and when I have complained, they say, Oh its just not your time hun.
