Bingo Billy was first launched sometime in 2000. Then a private company acquired the site and re-launched it on July 1st 2005. The site was given a sharp new image and a girl named Billy with a new personality was added and so that’s how bingo passion was born.

Lots of people ask me why I called it ‘Bingo Billy--it's 'cause it's named after me of course! But why not ‘ie’ instead of ‘y’? Well, my dad really really wanted to have a boy, so when I appeared instead, he said "It's still Billy." It made me a bit of a tomboy despite the Hollywood glamorous looks my web designers gave me on the site!

Thanks to WhichBingo members, Billy became a Top 5 New Bingo Site in 2005.
